Cat.5e UTP/STP cable can be used in lengths up to a maximum of 120m. For best performance and compatibility, we recommend the use of solid core patched cables. This Extender is a two-part hardware solution comprising of a transmitter that connects directly to your computer and a receiver that connects to the USB device. With a robust aluminium housing and mounting points, it is the ideal solution for providing remote access to printers, scanners, web cams* and external HDD & flash drive storage.
